But anyway, the Sword of Valis has indeed gone through various designs for almost each game. But as iannafei agreed with me, the true Sword of Valis is the thin sword with the golden handle, and blue gem.

But not only has the gem been colored different colors, the sword has been turned into huge broadswords on occasion, how's that for inconsistent?

Me and my friend found a way to direct rip sprites from the files of Valis games and we found some pretty interesting things I thought where worth sharing. In Valis 1 PCE we found Yuko sprites of a completely different style (possibly similar to Valis 3?), sprites of Yuko in her school outfit doing magic (pce 1 style), and a completed death animation for Reiko (it fades out in the game) In Valis 4 we found sprites of Zalude (the green general of Valis 3) and Rogles (Valis 3 style) ...
