so I'm a bit confused, is that the game's title, or is that the producers title??

Well, the name reminds me more to "Valkyrie Profile" but, it's OK, Valkyrie Project is the name for the group aka development team of Valis V, obviously the game is still called Fantasm Soldier Valis V.
