#1: Sort of---in the first season at least. That was until my old computer kicked the bucket (I plug it in recently to see if it still works, got my Valis V soundtrack back that I did myself---but that old computer---needs work done on it---BAD). Lucky my new computer is way better cheers

#2: Y'up did it on two keyboards one is a Casio CTK-4000 the other is a Yamaha YTP-300. I recorded the music on the Yamaha then played it back while I played both keyboards with it. Then I just edited it the best I could on my computer.
