Seeking opinions (video included)

With plenty of motivation that a good ol' classic FPS with a kickass mod can give, I seek opinions as to how I should produce a series of videos in the form of a story. I ask of everyone to decide how the story shall go, and to spread this so that others can decide how this story shall go! (despite that I didn't indicate what the story is >_>)

how will you do this? what programs will you use?

It'll be a mix of still-image pencil art, blended with storytelling (voice acting as well, if I can get support in that) to go with the art, all in between certain levels in AEoD.

Camtasia to record.
ZDOOM to run AEoD.
My printer software to scan the images.
Windows Movie Maker to aid the editing and compress for Youtube.

It won't be anything extraordinary (as I have below-minimal animation ability and zero software to support it), but it's a little something that's been sticking to my head lately. I already have a couple sketches ready to be finalized with colored pencils!

And the results are in!
AEoD Crawl on Nightmare mode, with narrations and subtitles. Hopefully I can find voice actors. >_>

This sounds like it'll be really cool! I can't wait to see it when it's done.

If you need help with voice acting, I'm more than willing to help where I can. I feel I do a really good job at "serious" acting, although if you want more of a funny\goofy approach I might not be well suited for that, but I'd give it a shot.

You can always tell me "Dude! Seriously, your so bad you actually make Tidus from FF X sound good!!!" and then use someone else.

I'd probably grab my computer and throw it out the window in a heated rage, and then proceed to jump through the now shattered window dropping a bow on what was left of the computer. Then afterwards I might even cry a bit, but in the end I'd suck it up and be like "It's cool! No big deal," and move on with life (starting with a new computer.)

But seriously, If ya need help just let me know. I'd be glad to lend a hand.

Right now I have no finalized storyline, but I'm looking for the following types of voices:

male:
living dead
young soldier
soldier
deep soldier
young demonic
demonic
deep demonic
gargantuan monster
godlike

female:
young + sweet (although around the 21-27 age bracket)
calm
intelligent + seductive
'huntress' (not sure how else to describe this)

Sketches are coming rather slow, but mainly due to uncertainty as to the approach (even though the cutscenes will be still images with the narrations/voices/subtitles). It'll probably be no earlier than the completion of all 30 levels before the story line and voice acting segments are ready to be built upon.

My voices are stupid.

The best one I have is a gritty voice, kinda like Assy McGee, except, you know, I'm funny.

I may consider doing computer editing and coloring instead of straight-up color pencil art. It's something in the air, though, as not much is finalized. lol

Wow!!! Those are some pretty good sketches. I'm suprised how many talented artists we have on these forums, it's great!
