Hey everyone, what are some of your favorite artists/bands/genres of music?

Koenjihyakkei (Avant-Garde/Jazz)
Refused (Hardcore/Punk)
Envy (The most dramatic band in existence)

Melt-Banana (Noise/Grind/Punk)
Imogen Heap (Pop/Electro)
Interpol (Rock)

Also, does anyone here play an instrument?

Oh, yeah, I started off as a bassist, then jumped to guitar. I used also play clarinet and recorder in middle school, but, didn't develop. I kinda regret it now.

Well, if you stick with it, it'll probably open your ears up to new things.

There are a lot of websites out there that give free lessons. That's how one of my friends learned.

I agree... since I started playing, I've been listening to more music...
but still, don't have much knoledge about it... Rolling Eyes

I asked a cousin to teach me ... and also bought some videos...
my problem is that I oten don't have a lot of time to practice....

but I'm not giving up yet! Wink

I haven't been playing for long.

I played for about 2 years. Then I had to stop because I was using the school's instruments, not my own.

2: Final Fantasy VI, VII and X's musics.

3: DethKlok (I own two of their albums).

4: Vangelis Oceanic.

Mostly I like VG soundtracks, 80's to 90's music and New Age happy heart
