Weird girls are after me! AHHHHHHH!

I really, really, REALLY want to know if this has happened to anyone else! It's happened to me twice now! And It kinda has me freaked out a bit!

It just happened to me yesterday, and it happened to me before not too long ago either, like sometime last year I think, it's crazy!

Have you EVER had a girl/guy just up and ask you for love by finding you through one of your internet profiles!?!?!? It's madness!

The first one to do this contacted me from the vizzed site! And she has a profile there! No joke, take a look.

Princes4u technically asked me to be her husband! With this sort of sob story about her father being someone important and her family getting killed with only her and her maid surviving.

And now this Sandra who found another one of my profiles from another site, technically asked me the exact same thing! With almost an exact same story! I forget where Princes4u lived, but this girl's from Africa!

And not to sound RACIST or anything, but both were black! I'm detecting a trend or something freaky strange here! This is NOT normal!

Has this happened to anyone else here?!?!?!?

And let me say this.

Both of these girls have sent me pictures of themselves! So I know they're not fake women, these are actual girls asking guys to marry them.

This here, is just totally freaky. Both of them finding me are legit. The only way For princes to have found my email through here, was that she had to be logged in. And the other girl provided the site she found me from.

maybe those are some kind of joke site or fake things....

I know it freaked me out to have it happen again. But perhaps you're right. It might be something used as a sort of scam. Who knows, maybe both girls are in on it. Hard to tell.

Nope can't say that's happend to me although I get scams in my email saying I won Millions in British Pounds or won some lottery (and to think I never bought a ticket ). It's most likey a scam---best stay clear of 'em.

Dude, happens to me all the time on a couple of other websites. It's just automated spambots, not real people. So... no girls are after you, unfortunately (or at least THOSE aren't real girls).

One of those sites posted an announcement about it because it was freaking people out.

Of course, since you say they're black, maybe it's actually someone's hacked account being used by hackers to spam . It happens. Then again, someone at work told me something about spam emails he really did think came from Africa, claiming a woman would strip on camera or something for you but it asks your credit card number to "prove" you are over 18 (Some people must be really desperate ). I'll google it when I have time.

Also, both "girls" claimed to have been the daughter of an important father, but he and everyone was killed except them. The first said she hid with her maid. The second, just said she was out.

That said, it's probably the same person or someone who works with the person, and clearly didn't know I got hit already sort of.

Yup, it's just bots that send out random spam mail. There's probably more than one person out there who has the same bot though.

I wasn't very clear here, what I meant by that is that if you say they're black, that means you must have seen a picture of them on their account. Therefore, it could be a real account that got hacked (not likely though).

Anyway after googling I did find what my colleague was talking about here. It's pointless to speculate whether they actually come from Africa or not, although I'm sure there are people all over the world who would like to have your credit card number...

They are REALLY pushing now today. "She" said she's in a refuge camp, and it's like a prison, blah blah blah, and needs ME to get her out. Here's what the email says, and honestly, does this seem fake? I think it is.

So you're getting this on vizzed.com? Because the site seems to be completely down right now. Have you tried posting a thread about it there? That user you linked to earlier has been banned, so I assume the administration of the site is in the know about this. Her username is also typical of the spammers (princes4u).

If he's getting this on vizzed, it's possible there is no spam folder (I don't think this forum has one either). The sites where I've gotten similar mail have no system to detect or redirect spam. Also I wouldn't waste time replying to the mail. Don't feed the trolls (even if they're bots)!

Don't be afraid dear friend, they're scammers, and they're all over the internet, many of them are from Africa, specifically from Nigeria, Cameroon, Ghana, and some others are from Philippines and Brazil

And they're doing this for money of course

Just ignore them

One thing you should always remember :
Never give personal details on the internet = You're safe

I had something like that happen to me when I was briefly on Otaku Social Network. I got a long email from a female who saw my profile and liked what she saw. The message said something along the lines of "Hey, let's trade pics and fall in love and get married and be together forever, but let's be friends first."

I chose not to reply because of the chance that there could have been a seriously disturbed person on the other side.

It was super creepy and actually scared me from signing into the site ever again.

OMG that made me laugh so much!! is that how people fall in love and get married?? A scammer who wants to make long story short <-- actually all of them do that
