I have an original game idea, but need help in looking for a place to help it along.

As the topic title says, I have an original game idea. I have the sprite style, gameplay style thought out, along with everything else that's important.

I'm just not sure where I can locate the needed help for this, as I need a concept artist, player, npc and enemy spriter/s and background spriter/s, programmers, scripters and everything else.

I pretty much have it all planned out and the first half of the game planned, I just need to find the people for the before mentioned catigories. Any suggestions for places to look for people like that? I think I maybe able to find concept artists at Newgrounds.

Going to video game forums (like Bethseda or Sunsoft for exsample) might be a good idea for recuiting or make a post in places like Facebook or Twiter is another good idea.

Bethesda? I don't think he's looking to hire professional programmers... it's a fan project, he's looking for other amateur volunteers. Twitter, maybe, but he'd have to have competent people following his Twitter to begin with, no? Or am I missing something here?

Yeah, going to official companies is a no no, as I originally was going to suggest the idea to Capcom, but by checking the forums, I realized that pretty much NO game company will accept ideas like what I'd like to suggest.

That's why I need at least three people really now that I think about it, but yeah, I really don't think anyone will help me out on twitter. Not to mention the idea will run risk of getting stolen that way I think.
